Don't be fooled by companies who run Unlimited* products. Asterisks mean small print and we hate nothing more than saying something which isn't true. There are absolutely no fair usage policies on our products so you know what you're getting from day one - if you order an unlimited service from us, it really is completely unlimited.
Static IP Addresses as Standard
It's not 1998 anymore! Believe it or not, some people actually want to run devices at home and view them from anywhere in the world. Here are just a few examples of things which work better with a static IP: security cameras, remote desktop, FTP servers, mail servers, web servers, remote TV boxes, VPNs...
No Bandwidth Caps
Unlike other providers, we don't cap services which you choose to use on your connection. Did you know that BT caps some services to as little as 25KBps at peak times - that's just really, really annoying!
Smarter Bandwidth Control
Our network is clever. It prioritises time-critical applications like web browsing, gaming and streaming over non-time-critical applications for you.
Perfect for Gaming
You get the lowest possible ping that your line can support. Note that this is affected by the length and qaulity of the line, as well as by dynamic line management (DLM) implemented by BT Openreach. DLM sets something called "interleaving" on your line. If the line is stable enough, no interleaving is set so that you can benefit from faster ping times. 24/7/365 Technical Support in the UK
Unlike other providers, our partners Entanet offer a round-the-clock technical support service which is completely UK-based (in Telford, to be precise!) Better still, you don't have to call an expensive 0845, 0870 or 09 number!
12 month contract
We don't tie you in for 24 months like other providers do. In the highly unlikely event that you don't like our service after 12 months, you can choose to leave without being penalised. If you want us to, we can even give you a ring a couple of weeks before your contract ends to see if you're happy!
