Connectivity Problems

If you are unable to access the Internet, make sure that you restart all of your equipment including your computer, modem and router. This tends to fix the majority of connection problems. Remember, once restarted, your modem and router will take up to 2 minutes to connect before things should start working again.

Slow Connection

If your connection is slow, please restart all of your equipment and make sure that nobody else is using the connection before performing a speed test. We recommend using www.speedtest.net to see how quick your connection is. Try at least 2 different speed test servers to make sure your results are accurate.

If you do not have an Unlimited service, you may have used up your allowance. You can purchase top-ups by logging in to your account.
